Clean rooms with a convenient location near attractions. The breakfast options were limited, and the pool area is a bit small. Happy hour at the bar is a nice touch. Parking is free, which is a bonus.

The outdoor heated pool was perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure! I loved sunbathing on the loungers with a refreshing drink in hand. The food options nearby were fantastic, making it easy to refuel after our theme park runs.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean bed that helped ensure a good night's sleep after long days of activities. being on the ground floor limited my privacy; keeping the curtains closed was necessary, which made the room feel dark. Temperature control was adequate, and the shower had great water pressure. Noise levels were decent, with minimal disturbances. The pool area was a lovely feature. The walk to our room was lengthy, especially with luggage. The convenience store could improve by displaying prices, as it was inconvenient to ask each time.

Check-in was slow, and the front desk staff could really use some customer service training. The room was spacious and clean with cozy beds, though the outdated decor and strange lingering smells were off-putting. The air conditioning was loud, making it hard to sleep, and WiFi was spotty. On the plus side, being close to attractions and having a shuttle to Universal was a big plus. Free parking is a nice perk, too. For convenience without high resort fees, it’s decent, but don’t expect luxury or perfect service. Would I return? Maybe, but with lower expectations.

Friendly staff. Helpful and attentive, especially at reception and the main gate. They greeted us with warmth every time we returned. The location is prime—close to major attractions, with reasonable rates. the hotel shows its age. Clean, but noise from nearby vending machines is disruptive. WiFi was unreliable, leading us to book elsewhere for one night. The reception staff's response felt dismissive rather than solution-oriented. Breakfast options were limited, so we opted for snacks instead. The pool area could use more adult supervision; I was repeatedly interrupted by an unattended child's antics. The shuttle service was overcrowded, raising safety concerns. Improvement needed here.

The convenience of being just a 5-minute drive from Universal Studios and only about a $12 Uber ride to Disney World made my weekend so enjoyable, and with attractions like SeaWorld close by and a trolley line handy for other area visits, it felt effortless to explore; the pool was heated, the staff were friendly, and the rooms clean and cozy, but the air conditioning was a bit noisy at night, making it a tad challenging to sleep comfortably.

The security was a joke; they just let anyone walk in. Our room was musty and outdated, and when I asked for a coffee refill at the lounge, they charged me! Unbelievable after spending so much for the room.

Gotta love a vibrant hotel with cockroach roommates and unexpected room odors.

rosen inn closest to universal was in a good location, close to the universal park and places to eat. the room was descent, with a table and two chairs allowing for convenient dinner arrangements. the presence of a security attendant provided a sense of security when entering the property. the hotel also offered a shuttle pick-up for universal and was situated on i-drive, with easy access to food options, a supermarket, shopping, and various activities in the area. no resort fees made it a great, affordable family option.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, especially for visiting Universal Studios. The shuttle service to the park was convenient, but there were quite a few stops along the way, which made the journey longer than expected. I ended up using Uber for quicker transportation. The rooms were comfortable, with clean beds and pillows, but unfortunately, the air conditioning was a bit problematic. In my room, the positioning of the air conditioner meant cold air blew directly onto the bed, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. It would have been great if there were better control over the air conditioning flow to avoid this issue. I also had a slight hiccup with the shower drainage, but the staff was quick to fix it once I brought it to their attention. The front desk staff could benefit from some extra customer service training, as not all of them were as friendly as I had hoped. the female manager who checked me in provided exceptional service, which was much appreciated. the hotel had a nice pool area and a convenient on-site convenience store with a great selection. The cleanliness of the rooms and the availability of towels were also noteworthy. One thing I wish were different is the lack of enforcement of the smoking policy near the hotel entrance. Guests were smoking, and it was not being addressed by staff or security, which was disappointing.

Stayed at a location very close to the parks. Clean rooms and secure parking. We were able to relax and enjoy the surroundings during our visit. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

this place is spotless, and the location is super close to all the fun stuff. found out you can walk to rad restaurants nearby. oh, and they sell tickets for all the cool attractions at the desk. the staff was so nice, and they made our room up just the way we liked it.

The bed was comfy, and the location was super convenient for hitting up Universal Studios. Found some decent eateries nearby that saved the day when we needed a bite. The pool area was a cool spot to chill.
The lights decided to play hide, and, seek right before our fancy dinner plan at Shogun got ruined. Elevator had a mind of its own, adding some unwanted stairs to our time.

Spending Christmas here was great! Super close to Universal Studios, just a quick hop over. Loved the variety of nearby restaurants and shops. The pool area was a pleasant spot to unwind after a day of holiday adventures.
Some hiccups during my stay. Rooms needed better upkeep, a bit of a funky smell.

Our family had an amazing time exploring Orlando's top theme parks just minutes away from the hotel. We enjoyed all the fun and excitement Universal Orlando Resort had to offer, from thrilling rides at Islands of Adventure to cooling off at Volcano Bay water theme park.
My kids wished for more frequent shuttle services to the parks.

We hit up Universal’s dope theme parks, vibed to Disney beats with global flair, and partied with aquatic animals at SeaWorld. The hotel had a sick pool, arcade, and cool hangout spots. Pointe Orlando was lit with shopping and movies. Plus, the aquarium was like diving into a video game!
Only thing missing for us party animals is a sick rooftop bar with killer views to chill and sip some mocktails after a day of non-stop fun! .

Over the years, our experience staying at this hotel has been consistently positive. The staff are friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a fridge and microwave. The location is excellent, with numerous restaurants within walking distance. Additionally, the hotel provides convenient shuttle services to Universal Studios and is close to popular attractions in Florida.
A minor issue with the initial reservation process, where there was confusion regarding payment. However, the staff quickly resolved the issue and provided us with a room.
